A Few Issues Detracted From the Stay

thin walls subpar cleaning

The walls were very thin. I could hear everything my neighbors did. The room cleaning was also subpar. I noticed the same black hair on the floor all week. It was clear the floors and tables weren't cleaned well. I had to clean them myself.

fun activities amazing team school children night supervision

the entertainment team was amazing. matheus and nayara made all the activities fun and enjoyable, and they included everyone regardless of age! definitely a reason i would come back, and i will recommend it to everyone.

the hotel was full of school children . this impacted the experience a lot as there were children everywhere and there was no supervision of kids at night. the restaurant and pool were overcrowded, and it spoiled my holiday a little.
